Charming, intelligent, articulate, and only 11 years of age, Antonio Brown is not only the first author in the Brandon Publishing Young Authors Program, but he is also the originator. Antonio has a true passion for not just writing, but also for his community. After working directly with BP Publisher Kellen Brandon, he felt inspired to create a program that would give young writers in his community the opportunity to also become published writers. “I know a lot of kids who love to write,” says Antonio. Antonio and Kellen Brandon immediately began to put their heads together.
“I was working with him as a portion of our Create-A-Book program,” Brandon states. “Antonio thought bigger and challenged me to create a program that would produce a club of strong young writers from our community. As a youth I always wanted adults to pay closer attention to my ideas. I felt confident in helping Antonio not only complete his dream to write a book, but to also spark his interest as an entrepreneur. He could become the leader and the face of this great idea.”
Antonio is a student at Doyle Ryder Elementary in Flint, Michigan. He loves to read, write, and help others. He is an author and carries a huge heart, aspiring to help others achieve their dreams. Antonio is an inspiration to us at BP, and an Impactor to our community.
